Our Story
PeepleHR didn’t start with a business plan. It started with friends.
As the founder’s closest friends began building their own businesses, she found herself fielding question after question, how to hire the right person, how to structure a team, what to put in a contract. These were passionate, driven founders who were brilliant at what they did. But when it came to their people, they were figuring it out as they went.
She started helping. And the requests kept coming.
Her background was in career development, helping individuals find their footing and grow professionally. But the more she worked with small businesses, the more she saw a different problem. It wasn’t just that founders needed help hiring. The organisations they were building didn’t have the structures to support the talent they were bringing in. Without the right foundations, even great people couldn’t thrive.
That was the problem worth solving.
There was also something else that couldn’t be ignored, HR has a reputation problem. Too often it’s seen as disconnected from the real work of business, buried in compliance and paperwork, and out of touch with what leaders actually need. To be useful to growing businesses, PeepleHR had to be different: not just an HR consultancy, but a business partner that happens to specialise in people.
